Firsts

I had the blessing of experiencing what will hopefully be a whole year full of "firsts" today with Gloria. She gave me her first sweet little smile! The girls went to play in the neighbor's backyard, and Gloria had just finished nursing after a very long nap. She was in such a sweet mood, so I just laid there and talked to her. She cooed back at me and gave me a few brief little smiles (with no toots or spitup to follow indicating it was gas!). It was SO sweet!
