Making Sauerkraut

Austin had just received the equipment he needed to make sauerkraut when we found out I was pregnant with Cecilia. First trimester nose and nausea mandated that he wait and life went on. Finally, he decided it was time last weekend, and he and Mariana did it together (since they are the 2 biggest fans of the stuff!). It was quite a project, and we can't wait to sample the results in a month or so!
