First 5K Race!
Allia ran her first 5K race with Austin this morning. It was a gorgeous morning, though a bit chilly. They had a great time, and Allia finished 3rd in her age group. (Maybe she has my runner genes?). I am so proud of them. It has been tough for them to sneak away and run together with a baby in the house, but they were committed, and their training paid off. Yay! Next time, maybe I can run too. :)

I ran track and cross-country for 6 years, but I didn't place third in a race at age 9! Neat!
Awesome! It's so funny..on the way to Mass, I was mentioning that it would be neat to see Richie & Richard participating in something like this when he gets older....Well, if Allia's old enough, perhaps Richie could do this sooner rather than later! =)
