Happy Thanksgiving!

 We had plans to go to Lita's, but we still had some sniffles in the house, so we stayed home. The well family members went to Thanksgiving mass, then we had a nice relaxing day spending time together. We had dinner with Pawpaw and Manah and then did some karaoke.

K family visit

 Our sweet friends, the K family, blessed us with a visit. We spent lots of time outdoors with them, especially since a few of us had some sniffles. It was a great visit.

Allia missed the group pic due to an online class, but this is everyone else including our cute little pumpkin of a Godson. We really enjoyed James, especially Stephen and Sebastian. They liked having a "little brother".

 

Baby shower!

 Then the next morning Manah, Mariana, Gloria and I were up early and off to my nephew and niece's  baby shower! She is due December 31st. It was a lot of driving but so great to visit with them. We are so excited to meet their little guy. My sister (her MIL) crocheted this baby blanket for them. So glad someone is carrying on the family tradition of crocheting. I tried, but I am not good with that sort of thing!

Halloween gathering

 Some sweet neighbors with a really big back yard had an outdoor neighborhood Halloween gathering. It was originally scheduled for Halloween weekend but had to be postponed due to a few families needing to quarantine. It was worth the wait. Everyone had a great time, and the pinata we made was a hit!

She frequently goes to Manah's before our dinnertime and scopes out what they are having. This time, salad was on the menu. She will only eat the "Adocavo" and she ate almost 2 whole ones. Manah had to add more to the salad!

Home Soccer Game

 Allia had another home soccer game Saturday. We had plans to go as a family, but that kinda fell apart. So I got to go all by myself. It was really nice actually being able to keep track of what was going on. ;) Allia played for almost half the game. And the weather was gorgeous!

Pinata making fun

 We made this pinata to share with some neighbors. Anastasia and I did all the hard paper mache work, and everyone else helped decorate.

On All Hallow's Eve we actually had a family over to our backyard for pizza, prayer, a saint guessing game, and s'mores around the fire pit. It was a lovely evening away from all the Halloween hubbub.
