First Track Meet

Stephen joined the homeschool track team this year, much to my joy since I ran track in high school. He had his first meet today and ran well. We are looking forward to seeing how he grows and improves this season!

 I found this table on the homeschool loop for cheap, and I couldn't resist. The intention was to put it in our Airbnb rental, but we are having too much fun with it for now (plus it will require disassembling it to get it in the doorway over there!).

Making Cookies

We are celebrating Valentine's a day early with Mardi Gras since tomorrow is Ash Wednesday. Anastasia decided to make some mardi gras decorated sugar cookies to bring to the celebration at church, since quite a few of us are not fans of King Cake.

World Marriage Day

 We joined in the parish World Marriage Day dinner and dance this year. It was "your wedding" themed so you could wear your actual wedding wear or something from that era. It was fun to see all the beautiful dresses and have a nice dinner and dance together. I wore my wedding gown but also had a backup dress since I knew I wouldn't want to wear it all evening.

Happy Baptism Day, Anastasia!

 Lito and Lita sent Tiff's Treats warm cookies for her. We had never had them before. Yummy!

Victorian Ball #2

I didn't get dancing photos this time, but we had lots of fun and had some friends join that were not there last time too. Sadly, Allia and Gloria had to miss this one. Hopefully we will catch them next time!
