Bike Rider!

 We were planning to teach her last summer....but the remodel! So we decided this evening to take the training wheels off and go for it. She caught on so quickly and is so happy to be able to ride and keep up with the rest of us now. What a girl!

Austin Livestock Show

 Mariana went off to compete again today with her team. The placed 2nd in the Robotics Challenge!

Sebastian's Birthday party

 We decided to take advantage of spring break and have his party a week early, especially since his real birthday is also Big Event (for which Austin has some BIG projects planned!). He had a really fun group of friends come celebrate with us!

Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo!

 The girls have each been to this competition before, but they always rode with teammates. This year I decided since they were both competing I would go with them. Austin generously agreed to hold down the fort with the help of grandparents. We left early Tuesday morning to get there for Food Challenge. Then we explored the rodeo for a while before heading out to dinner and our hotel. The next morning we were up early for the Robotics Challenge and Ag ID.

Grand Champion Robotics Challenge!

 It was busy but so fun (especially since we traveled with awesome friends!). We got home late Wednesday night to enjoy the rest of spring break.

Food Challenge!

 We have been hosting Gloria's 4-H Food Challenge Team for practices leading up to the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo. It has been a little crazy with a big driveway project underway, but we have really enjoyed it!

First Friday!

 Mariana danced at First Friday downtown. It was so fun to watch and our first time to attend. What a fun event! (G was supposed to dance but her partner was injured :/ )
