 We love you so much. One more year until we have another teenager in the house!!!

Video Game Music Concert

Sebastian's piano teacher told us about this cool concert of video game music, so we bought tickets as a surprise early birthday gift for Sebastian. He and I had a nice outing together!

BCYLS

Our photographers entered photos in the BCYLS competition, and these two entered baked goods this year too, and they were auctioned. Gloria was very blessed to be a scholarship recipient. What a great weekend!

Spring break trip

Gloria stayed for the wedding and then flew out the next morning to join a friend's family in Florida for the rest of the week. I am so glad she had a good time!

 Manah got Cecilia this gluten free cake, and she was so excited.

Broken Wrist!

Cecilia was roller skating at a friend's home birthday party Thursday, tripped walking through the grass and broke her wrist. We took her home to ice it and give her medicine (not knowing if it was broken yet), and 30 minutes later she was begging to go back with her friends thinking maybe it wasn't too bad. So we wrapped it in an ace bandage and took her back. But after the x-ray and a phone call from the surgical department the next day, we discovered she is one tough and extremely socially motivated little girl! Her wrist bone was displaced and required a sedated procedure they called "surgery" at the hospital first thing Saturday morning! There was no actual cutting into her, they just had to move the bones back guided by a high resolution x-ray machine and then set it without the risk of them being displaced again. It stayed wrapped well, and we just got the cast on today!

A Spring Wedding

We started off our spring break with the wedding of a sweet girl who lived around the corner for us for many years and is practically part of our family. So beautiful!

Morning helper

This girl is such a great morning helper. She is the last of the kids to still be waking up before or with us. Everyone else sleeps later now. She is so eager to help with breakfast and chores in the mornings (today is scratch made biscuits with sausage, egg and cheese). I will miss this someday!
