VBS week

The two older girls are having a blast at VBS this week, and the rest of us are having some quiet mornings at home and errands. (I helped ahead of time with decorations this year because I didn't think Gloria and Stephen would survive 4 hours in the nursery for a week!)

The girls loved feeding the seagulls! They also had their first experience boogie boarding. I didn't get photos, but the older two both did great. The waves were big and rough from the nearby tropical depression, but they were brave!

A visit

Aunt Karen, Jake and Jared made a day trip to come see us today. Jake and Jared had the girls royally entertained with games of hide and seek, Trouble & Hungry Hippos. Aunt Karen tackled the baby department walking Stephen, swinging him, playing baby games and even changing a diaper!

New dress

Gloria wore the same dress to mass every Sunday for about two months until she discovered this one. She really likes it, and we are enjoying the change!

A fun game!

The girls and a friend invented this game yesterday which proved to be tons of fun. It looked like the carnival rides that go round and round. They took turns so nicely, with those not in the car helping to push/swing it around the driveway in circles. They attracted lots of attention from neighbors with their delighted squeals and screams!
